    Founder, Kerri Grosslight, not only has executive experience, but also has successfully led technology data and operations, enterprise global services, information security, technical project management office, end-user computing, application testing and release management, enterprise architecture, risk management and governance, application systems production and development, IT innovation life cycle governances, practices and processes.

    Our Director of Consulting, Glen Grosslight, has led application teams responsible for production and development, project delivery services teams responsible coordinating enterprise application enhancement, corporate-wide installation releases, project management office (PM), testing center of excellence (TCOE), as well as leading a corporate-wide technology transformation office and an innovation enablement team for a major financial service company.

    Senior Designer, Savannah Fellers, founded and built a luxury equestrian apparel business at age 24.

    Senior Consultant, Henry Neidermeier, functioned as the CIO of Southern Community College.

    Heather Zilles’ background includes over 20 years of program and project management focused primarily on technology, operations, and risk management within the financial services sector.

    Deborah Sante has a broad financial services background, ranging from marketing, product and project management, operations, process re-engineering, information security, risk management, human resources and technology. Most recently, Deb spent 14 years with Wells Fargo in a variety of leadership roles, including information security, application development, program management, strategic planning and IT infrastructure.

    Senior Consultant Mike Duke previously held the position of “Chief Innovation Architect” at Wells Fargo Bank.

    Chief Operations Manager, Matthew Condon, has managed analyst teams in creating financial and economic data collection capabilities and streamlined reporting including timely market information and emerging trends.
